Greystone Castle is the third line of defense, after Meer's Watchtower and Loth, if they should be overrun by an invasion from Da'rahad over the sea. They keep watch for warning signals and will pass them on to the capital city of Landreer if needed. The river to the sea is large enough to sail small and medium sea vessels all the way back to Greystone. The fortress is isolated on a small island on the edge of Greystone Lake.  The area has been very peaceful and quiet since it was established during the early settlement period, and both generations of the Royal Family have been known to spend vacation time here.
