The Fortress of Elber Cove, established during the early settlement period, is a small military outpost tucked away in a mountain valley.  It's purpose is to connect the major economic town of Ahkron and Hil'Derrin Point, and all of the Royal Guards stationed here and at Hil'Derrin come from Ahkron.
