AS Mini-Expansion Sets
This webpage provides download links for the EP and SQ Series of fan-based, 1-sheet mini expansions for Wrath of Ashardalon, Castle Ravenloft and the Legend of Drizzt Adventure System games, owned by Wizards of the Coast.
The original EP1 - EP15, and SQ1 - SQ3 have all been combined into a single PDF, in both US Letter and A4 formats:

Note: If printing at home, select "print actual size" and not scaled to fit paper margins. If sending to an online print shop, select "print bleed" option. Otherwise, cards may not be scaled correctly.

Note: The currently version of these expansion templates tried to match the size of the AS Cards exactly, but with variations in printer alignment this may result in some cards not lining up exactly on front and back. In this case, you may need to do some touch-up with a black ink marker on the backs of some cards. Or, some folks print the front/back on separate 1-sided sheets, then trim, then combine together.
If you use clear matte sleeves, non-opaque on both sides for all the AS cards, then these fan-created PNP cards will shuffle/play nicely even with manual corrections applied.

Usage
Expansions with only Monsters are integrated by just shuffling the monster cards into the standard monster deck.
Expansions that are only Encounters are shuffled with the Encounter deck.
Expansions that are only Treasures are shuffled with the Treasure deck.

Expansions with Monsters + Encounters, you have a choice, you can just add the Monsters to the deck, or you can set those monsters to the side and shuffle the Encounter card in that that deck. then, when it is pulled, it activates those monsters (like a mini-chamber). Keep in mind, many of those have multiple of the same monster, so as they are passed around, when the first one activates, all of them do, based on that standard rule in the classic box series.

Expansions with Monsters + Chamber card similar to the Monsters + Encounters. You can just shuffle the Monsters directly, or set them aside until you use the Chamber card, just like the WOA chamber cards.

Expansions with Treasure + Allies: The Treasure card is shuffled with the other Treasures and the Allies are set aside until the Treasure card is found.
​
Expansions with Encounter + special deck. The Encounter card/s are shuffled with the encounter deck and the special deck is set aside until the encounter is drawn.
​
The Side Quest expansions are stand-alone adventures with the Chamber rules on the back of the Villains. The Monsters and Treasure are set aside until the Chamber is found and activated.
​
Concerning the Spell deck above: this was published to support:
a) the Wizard Ally from EP01
b) the Drow Wizard Monster from EP08
​
Concerning integration with other boxes: all of these should be compatible with the other boxes that came after CR/WOA/LOD, though some of the Conditions that can happen from Monsters/Encounters may be different than those boxes.

Template for Online Printing Service
​
To prepare card images for uploading to an online card printing service (which requires an additional print bleed zone around each card), download and follow the instructions for "Print Bleed Template". This is a blank template that you will use to import card images from above and center them, then re-export as a new 600 dpi image with a print bleed border.
